Shipping Information

We aim to ship all products within 48 hours on receipt of your order.

Fees:

The standard delivery charges for goods will apply as follows:

  • Standard UK delivery: £STG5.00
  • Standard Ireland delivery : £STG5.00
  • *European delivery charge: £STG 10.00
  • *Rest of World delivery charge: £STG 15.00

*Please note: Import duties and local taxes will be in addition to delivery charges.

UK Deliveries:

Items delivered in the UK will be subject to a “signed for” service.

Overseas Deliveries:

Items shipped overseas will be subject to a “tracking” service. Confirmation relating to tracking details will be sent with your orders.

Signature.

We will need all items to be signed for. If no-one is around to sign for goods the carrier will leave a card in order for the delivery to be rescheduled.

Please note – Delivery cards will be left where there are secure letter boxes. In the interest of security shared accommodation i.e. flats/apartments will not receive a delivery card.

We cannot redirect orders once they have left us. If we are unable to deliver the goods after two attempts may lead us to cancel the order deducting the delivery charges from any refund due. In any event we will do our best to contact you in this situation.

 

Returns

Returning your goods.

We are more than happy to provide a full refund for faulty items within 2 days.

Please retain the delivery slip enclosed with your order, as you’ll need that if you wish to return any of your purchased items.

Here are the few pointers to observe when returning goods.

  • Drop us an email info@scarvesandhankies to let us know the goods are on the way.
  • Complete the returns section of your delivery note and enclose it with your package.
  • Send your item back together with its original packaging, do not remove any labels, the goods must be in re-saleable condition to be eligible for an exchange or a refund
  • We recommend that you obtain and keep your proof of postage as we regret that we cannot take responsibility for items lost in the post.
  • Do allow between 10 to 15 working days from the date you receive your goods for your refund.
  • The refunds will be applied to your original method of payment.
  • You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning items.
  • Delivery/Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • The cost of returning goods and the safe return is your responsibility to this end we ask that you use a tracked or recorded delivery service.
  • For high value item you should insure the cost of the goods returned.
